This medical negligence only practice is national in scope.

2022 was another banner year for the practice.  Stellar results included a $800,000 jury verdict in Tucson for 80 y.o. client in a botched temporal artery biopsy case and a $1,000,020 total settlement in a mismanagement of acute pancreatitis case out of Maricopa County, Arizona. Other noteworthy results included a confidential settlement in an Erb’s Palsy (shoulder dystocia- obstetrical malpractice) case out of Georgia and a confidential settlement in a South Carolina wrongful death action related to mismanagement of aortic valve stenosis.
